As an organisation we want to take responsibilty for the impact we're having on the environment and reduce that where we can, to do our bit towards tackling climate change.

What ideas have you had for reducing our collective carbon footprint? Big or small, we welcome all suggestions you've had for

• reducing our energy usage, as well as usage of other resources
• recycling what we can
• and perhaps even generating our own "green" energy!

The challenge will close on 30 April so please post your ideas before then. You can also comment on and rate other people's ideas.

At the end of the process we'll review the top 10 ideas and our panel of officers from different departments will select five of them to implement before the end of 2020.
