Windows for light and ventilation

Having an office space with windows for both light and ventilation will significantly reduce our energy consumption

Because we all over heat on the ground floor and staff are suffering from vitamin D depletion and Seasonal Affective Disorders - we've become reliant on heating, air conditioning and lights, when we could just have been given an office with windows!?
