This Dialogue is being hosted by Arlen Hill Council. Dialogue is an interactive online platform where registered users post ideas, comment and vote on each other’s ideas.

Throughout the Dialogue, Arlen Hill Council will require that participants register with the site. Participants will be required to provide a username and email address. The username will be made public along with the comments made in the Dialogue. Please consider this when choosing a username. Your email address may be used to contact you about your idea and update you on the progress of the challenge.

This information is collected in order to provide Arlen Hill Council with aggregate information related to what types of individuals and groups are participating in the Dialogue.

Traffic data is collected anonymously for the purposes of analysing visitor usage patterns; however, none of this data can be associated with your individual user identity within the Dialogue. Arlen Hill Council will use these analytics only to assess the effectiveness of the Dialogue as a communications tool.

Participants are reminded that the Dialogue is a public forum. You should therefore not post personally identifiable information such as telephone numbers on this website. Non-registered users are able to view all comments and ideas.
